We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a strong understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing design. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to create high-converting visuals across web, social media, and campaign platforms.

This role combines visual creativity with commercial awareness — designing not just for beauty, but for performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design engaging visuals for e-commerce sites — product banners, landing pages, thumbnails, and campaign graphics.
  • Create marketing collaterals for online/offline campaigns (posters, display ads, email banners, packaging).
  • Support TikTok Live visuals — such as on-screen banners, pop-up graphics, and promotional layouts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaign visuals that drive sales and align with brand direction.
  • Work with videographers to supply visual assets for ad creatives, thumbnails, or motion elements.
  • Ensure all visuals follow brand guidelines and maintain a consistent tone.
  • Research design trends, seasonal layouts, and e-commerce UX best practices to keep visuals competitive.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and basic video tools (Premiere Pro/After Effects a plus).
  • At least 2 years of design experience, preferably in an e-commerce or marketing environment.
  • Strong eye for composition, typography, and commercial layout.
  • Understanding of e-commerce conversion design principles (CTA hierarchy, visual storytelling, etc.).
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and adaptable to changing campaign needs.
Bonus Points
  • Experience in motion graphics, animation, or video editing.
  • Familiar with TikTok or Shopee Live creative formats.
  • Basic knowledge of UI/UX or web layout design.
