Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support the branding, marketing, and promotional needs of our Chinese restaurant group. The role involves designing visually appealing materials that reflect our brand identity and enhance customer engagement across both online and offline platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design marketing and promotional materials including menus, posters, flyers, banners, table tent cards, and in-store visuals
  • Create digital assets for social media, websites, food delivery platforms, and online advertisements
  • Work closely with marketing, operations, and restaurant teams to ensure design consistency across all outlets
  • Adapt designs to suit festive campaigns (e.g. Chinese New Year, Mid‑Autumn Festival, promotional launches)
  • Prepare print‑ready artwork and liaise with printers and vendors when required
  • Maintain and update brand guidelines, templates, and visual assets
  • Support basic photo editing and layout adjustments for food and outlet images
  • Manage multiple design projects while meeting timelines and business requirements
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant graphic design experience (F&B or retail experience preferred)
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Good understanding of layout, typography, colour, and branding
  • Ability to design bilingual materials (English and Chinese); basic Chinese reading ability is an advantage
  • Familiar with social media content formats and digital marketing visuals
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Detail‑oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple deadlines
Preferred Attributes
  • Experience designing menus or food‑related marketing materials
  • Knowledge of printing specifications and production processes
  • Photography or basic video editing skills are an advantage
