Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd is seeking a Graphic Designer to create and adapt artwork for POSM, retail displays and events at our Ubi location. You will collaborate with production, liaise with clients, and ensure designs meet production specifications.

A Diploma in Graphic Design and at least 1 year of relevant experience are required; a strong portfolio is essential. Proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop is required; knowledge of InDesign and SketchUp is a plus.

• 1+ year of relevant graphic design experience (POSM, retail displays, production design).
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant design work is required.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; knowledge of InDesign and SketchUp is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualise and develop creative concepts based on client briefs.
• Create and adapt artwork for POSM, retail displays, standees, display boards, structures, events and roadshows.
• Prepare designs according to production specifications and installation requirements.
• Develop basic 3D visuals and spatial concepts where required.
• Work with Production to ensure designs are fabricated accurately and on time.
• Liaise with clients on design requirements and project needs.
• Ensure deliverables are completed accurately and within timelines.
• Perform other related design duties as assigned.

Job description

• Position: Graphic Designer
• Location: Ubi
• Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm), Saturday (9am - 1pm) with one Saturday off per month
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,200 Monthly Basic Salary + Performance Bonus + Medical Benefits
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Advertising Design

Main Responsibilities:

• Conceptualise and develop creative concepts based on client briefs.
• Create and adapt artwork for POSM, retail displays, standees, display boards, structures, events and roadshows.
• Prepare designs according to physical dimensions, production specifications and installation requirements.
• Develop basic 3D visuals and spatial concepts where required.
• Work closely with the Production team to ensure designs are accurately fabricated and produced.
• Liaise with clients on design requirements, amendments and project requirements where necessary.
• Ensure artwork and design deliverables are completed accurately and within project timelines.
• Perform other related design duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or relevant qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Product/Spatial Design or a related discipline.
• At least one year of relevant experience in graphic design, POSM, retail displays or production design.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; knowledge of InDesign and SketchUp would be advantageous.
• Basic understanding of dimensions, print production and artwork preparation.
• Experience designing POSM, retail displays, events or other physical media would be advantageous.
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant design work is required.
