Job summary

PEP & CO. PTE. LTD. seeks a creative Graphic Designer to plan and produce content for social media, microsites, and other online channels. You will craft infographics, memes, GIFs, reels, and visuals using Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

The role requires a Diploma in Art/Design or related field and 2+ years of social media design experience. You will work independently and with a team to meet deadlines while maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia/CG.
• 2+ years of relevant social media design experience preferred.

• Plan and create content for online channels do not limit to social media, microsite, etc
• Create visual contents including infographics, memes, GIFs, reels and other visual assets
• Develop pages, posts, and applications to appeal to the target audience
• Conduct in-depth social media research to develop various social media content like graphics, videos, and other forms of content to understand the audience's needs
• Obtain input from managers to ensure that designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company or client appropriately
• Work independently as well as cooperatively with creative team to meet deadlines, stay within budget, and schedule project implementation based on workload, which may include five or more simultaneous projects
• Create a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites with software such as photoshop
• Develop concepts by hand or with software, and execute original content by determining the ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout
• Examine existing processes, identify flaws, and create solutions that improve design capabilities
• Review final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary
• Stay up-to-date with new design techniques and software
• Any ad-hoc duties as directed

Job Requirements

• Possess at least Diploma in Art / Design / Creative Multimedia / Computer Graphics or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably with social media design experience
• Solid knowledge of image editing and digital sketching software, like Photoshop, Indesign and Adobe Illustrator
• Meticulous, ability to multi-task and work within tight timeline
