Job summary

Hossey Events Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Graphic Design Executive to own the visual pipeline from concept to execution. You will produce high-impact digital ads, short-form videos, and large-format on-site displays for Singapore’s leading smart-living consumer exhibition.

You will coordinate with vendors, manage print production, and deliver print/digital collateral under tight event deadlines, including weekend setup/show days.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Visual Communication, or related fields.
• 2–4 years of professional design experience (events, consumer tech, or media agencies advantageous).
• Mandatory portfolio link showcasing print artwork, digital campaigns, and short-form video work.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-converting digital banner ads, social posts, KVs, EDMs, and web assets.
• Film and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, event teasers) and create motion graphics for displays.
• Produce pre-press print files for large-format event signage, backdrops, stage graphics, banners, exhibitor badges.
• Coordinate with external print vendors and event builders for materials, proofs, and dyelines.
• Assist with visual checks during setup and capture live event content.
