Responsibilities
  • Source, trade, and manage grain flows from the Caspian and Black Sea region into key Middle Eastern markets, optimizing margin and supply reliability.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regional producers, exporters, importers, and logistics partners to secure competitive positions and market intelligence.
  • Monitor market trends, freight, and price risks, executing physical and paper trades in line with company strategy and compliance standards.
  • Role reports to MD / CEO
Qualifications
  • Proven trading experience in grains (wheat, corn, barley, etc.) across the Caspian, Black Sea, and Middle Eastern markets, with strong supplier and buyer networks.
  • Established relationships with regional exporters, producers, importers, and logistics providers to support origination, execution, and delivery.
  • Deep understanding of regional market dynamics, freight routes, pricing structures, and trade flows between Russia, Kazakhstan, and MENA.
  • Role is to be located in London or Dubai
