Murex offers a 12-month graduate program providing hands‑on fintech experience in trading, risk management, and technical domains within a global, innovative environment.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

  • Work on real projects combining on‑the‑job learning, classroom sessions, and e‑learning.
  • Join selected teams in either Functional Domain (Trading, Risk Management, Operations & Finance) or Technical Domain (Integration, Architecture, Environment, Test Engineering, Technical Support).
  • Engage with business processes, analyze requirements, and ensure solutions meet technical and business needs (Functional Domain).
  • Collaborate on software solutions, analyze system requirements, troubleshoot complex issues, and support technical operations (Technical Domain).
  • Collaborate with teams across development, infrastructure, and quality assurance.
  • Gain expertise in fintech innovation and enterprise systems used by leading banks worldwide.
About You

The company is looking for:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in STEM (Sciences, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics).
  • 0 to 2 years of working experience in software development or financial technical support.
  • Good collaboration skills.
  • Solid communication skills.
