Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
- Work on real projects combining on‑the‑job learning, classroom sessions, and e‑learning.
- Join selected teams in either Functional Domain (Trading, Risk Management, Operations & Finance) or Technical Domain (Integration, Architecture, Environment, Test Engineering, Technical Support).
- Engage with business processes, analyze requirements, and ensure solutions meet technical and business needs (Functional Domain).
- Collaborate on software solutions, analyze system requirements, troubleshoot complex issues, and support technical operations (Technical Domain).
- Collaborate with teams across development, infrastructure, and quality assurance.
- Gain expertise in fintech innovation and enterprise systems used by leading banks worldwide.
About You
The company is looking for:
- Bachelor’s Degree in STEM (Sciences, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics).
- 0 to 2 years of working experience in software development or financial technical support.
- Good collaboration skills.
- Solid communication skills.
