Job summary

Carousell Pte Ltd invites high-potential graduates to join a selective 24-month talent incubator. You will start with a 3-month immersion in the Founders Office, then three rotations across core engines—product, growth and commercialisation—reporting to senior leaders and building leadership capabilities.

You will work on data-driven marketplace challenges, shape AI-enabled strategies, and develop the skills needed to lead critical initiatives in a fast-growing, multi-market environment.

Qualifications

• Strong logic, data fluency, business acumen, and excellent communication are non-negotiable.
• 0–2 years of professional work experience post-graduation; what you have shipped matters more than tenure.
• Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and team-oriented with drive to get things done.

Responsibilities

• 3-month immersion in data, finance and marketplace fundamentals.
• Three rotations spanning 21 months across product, growth and commercialization.
• Report to a senior leader in each rotation and apply learnings to real-world marketplace problems.
• Own a product, category or growth engine upon completion of the program.
