Job summary

Bitdeer, a NASDAQ-listed innovator, invites graduates to join the Graduate Talent Trainee program in Singapore. This 18-month scheme blends hands-on work with structured training in our core values to develop high-potential talents into capable professionals.

You will rotate across Sales Support & Billing, Project Coordination, Administrative & Operational Support, and Process Improvement, building technical and business skills, while contributing to Bitdeer's continued growth and computing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business Admin, PM, Data Analytics, Engineering).
• Internship or school project experience in administration, coordination or reporting is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with prioritization skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office; Excel for data tracking and reporting.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI/Tableau/Google Sheets is advantageous.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Sales Support & Billing Management: assist Sales with daily operations and invoicing workflows.
• Project & Cross-Departmental Coordination: liaise between clients, sales, and internal teams to drive tasks.
• Administrative & Operational Support: handle documents, archiving, and progress reporting.
• Process Improvement & Compliance: streamline admin activities and ensure policy compliance.
