Qualifications

• PhD in CS/SE or related field.
• Proficiency in one or more languages such as C/C++/Go/Python/Java in Linux.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems and large-scale distributed deployments.
• Strong analytical, decompositional, and collaborative skills.
• Good technical documentation habits and self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Research project on large-scale recommendation systems.
• Explore engineering research directions such as multimodal and high-performance inference engines/training frameworks.
• Pursue algorithmic research in search/recommendation/ranking.
