Job summary

SKILLMATCH RECRUITMENT is seeking ambitious graduates to join as Graduate Brand Activation Executives. You will represent leading brands at roadshows, pop-up events, and city activations, gaining hands-on training from day one. This role offers rapid career progression and high earning potential.

You will travel to various venues, set up activations, engage customers on-site, and collaborate with your team to meet KPIs while building valuable leadership and negotiation skills.

• Run Live Activations: Set up and host high-foot-traffic pop-ups, retail showcases, and roadshows across key venues.

• Collaborate & Lead: Work closely with your team during daily strategy huddles to crush campaign KPIs and team milestones.
• Level Up Daily: Participate in continuous skill-building workshops covering negotiation, public speaking, leadership, and consumer psychology.
