Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented university intern to join our dynamic insurance consulting team. This is an excellent opportunity for students interested in gaining real‑world experience in the insurance and financial consulting industry. The intern will support ongoing client projects, contribute to internal research initiatives, and assist with the preparation of consulting deliverables.

As an intern, you will get the opportunity, but not limited to:

  • Research and Analysis: Assist in researching market trends, regulatory updates, and best practices in the insurance industry; support data analysis tasks to identify insights and trends for client reports.
  • Project Support: Collaborate with consultants to prepare presentations, reports, and proposals for clients; help gather and organize client data to support modeling and decision‑making processes.
  • Administrative Assistance: Maintain project documentation and ensure timely updates to key stakeholders; coordinate meeting schedules, prepare agendas, and take minutes for internal and client meetings.
  • Knowledge Management: Assist in building and maintaining a repository of resources, templates, and research materials; document case studies and success stories from client engagements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with team members across various functions, including actuarial, regulatory, and technology teams; participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute innovative ideas for solving client challenges.

The ideal candidate should possess the following attributes:

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Business, Finance, Economics, Actuarial Science, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Interest in the insurance or consulting industry is highly desirable.
