Job summary

Infosys Consulting, the management consulting arm of Infosys Limited, is offering a Graduate Analyst program in Singapore. You will collaborate with Asia-Pacific teams on complex projects, develop core consulting skills, and pursue a structured learning path in a flexible hybrid setup.

As a fresh graduate, you will be integrated into multidisciplinary teams spanning technology transformation, cloud, and digital platforms, delivering real-world client value and accelerating your career growth.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to conceptualizing innovative solutions based on anticipated needs of the industry.
• Generate qualified leads through market research and client introductions.
• Perform competitor analysis and ground intelligence to support client value propositions.
• Hands-on experience with Word, Excel and PowerPoint in project work.
• Design and perform exploratory data analysis to extract meaningful insights.

What you do?

Your key responsibility is to work with project team in solving real-time challenges across

APAC companies through technology to enhance, enable and evolve.

At an aerial level, you will be:

• Contribute to conceptualizing innovative solutions based on anticipated needs of the

  industry.

• For Functional roles: Skills: Ability to problem-solve, think critically, communicate

  effectively, and work collaboratively. Examples of Functional skills include but not

  restricted to, Business Analysis, Project Management, Human resources,

  Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Etc.

• For Technical roles: Skills: Typically acquired through education, training, and practical

  experience, and they involve proficiency in using tools, equipment, software, and other

  technologies. Examples of technical skills include but not restricted to, programming,

  data analysis, graphic design, web development, etc.

• Generate qualified leads through market research, and client introduction, to assist the

  organization in presenting business value to the clients.

• Perform competitor analysis and ground intelligence to assist the organization in

  presenting business value to the clients.

• Handson experience working on Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentations.

• Design and perform exploratory data analysis, identify meaningful information out of

  data.
