Job summary

• Assist in troubleshooting process or equipment issues with DOE and analysis.
• Maintain equipment readiness, uptime, and safety compliance.
• Support lot movement and ensure smooth process flow to meet TAT requirements.
• Assist in material handling, inventory control, and logistics for timely delivery.
• Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, calibration, and service activities.
• Use AI tools and automation to improve reporting, dashboards, and approvals.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the reliability stress tests (HAST, Temperature Cycle, HTS, THS, and Moisture Soak) & semiconductor electrical test operations in accordance with process specifications & SOPs
• Support troubleshooting activities in resolving process or equipment issues with DOE & analysis.
• Maintain equipment, ensuring readiness, uptime, and adherence to safety standards
• Support lot movement and ensure smooth process flow across operations to meet TAT requirements
• Maintain 6S, ESD, and workplace safety compliance in assigned areas
• Participate in training, continuous improvement, and audit-related activities
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely support for equipment maintenance, calibration, and service activities
• Assist in material handling and inventory control to ensure availability of required consumables and test materials
• Support shipping and logistics operations by preparing, packing, documenting, and tracking outgoing lots to ensure timely movement and on-time delivery
• Leveraging AI, and AI Assistants (e.g., Copilot, LLMs, Agentic AI) to automate reporting, dashboards, and workflow approvals, improving operation & process efficiency
• Integrate AI solutions with lab systems (Power BI, SharePoint, automation workflows)

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical or related)
• 0–3 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, lab, or test environment is preferred
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment handling, or quality inspection
• Strong attention to detail with a quality and safety mindset
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to learn quickly, multi-task, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work on shift if needed
