We are seeking a proactive and organized individual to join a public sector agency as a Temp Admin/ Communication Executive. The successful candidate will provide administrative, communication, and event coordination support, including managing feedback channels and assisting with professional ceremonies and related activities.

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and organized individual to join a public sector agency as a Temp Admin/ Communication Executive. The successful candidate will provide administrative, communication, and event coordination support, including managing feedback channels and assisting with professional ceremonies and related activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enquiries Management
    • Triage and respond to feedback and enquiries received across multiple mailboxes via the Feedback Management System.
    • Handle queries from registrants and the public on matters such as registration, practicing certificate renewals, continuing professional education, complaints, and general enquiries.
  • Event Coordination – Pledge Ceremonies
    • Assist in the organization of five Pledge Ceremonies held annually (Feb, Apr, Jun, Aug, Sep).
    • Draft invitations, liaise with guests and vendors, and manage logistics arrangements.
    • Provide on-site administrative support during event days, if required.
    • Prepare certificates and update attendance records in the relevant system.
  • Communications & Administrative Support
    • Assist in reviewing and disseminating circulars and notices.
    • Support procurement documentation for event management and design services.
    • Help with general administrative duties such as sending e-greeting cards and other assigned tasks.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Mass Communication, Business Management, or related disciplines.
  • Prior experience in handling feedback, events coordination, or communication projects preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel).
  • Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking skills.
Contract Details
  • Duration: 7 or 12 months
  • Working Hours:
    • Monday – Thursday: 8.30am – 6.00pm
    • Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
  • Work Week: 5 days (Monday to Friday)
  • Location: near Toa Payoh MRT
  • Hourly Pay Rate:
    • Diploma (3–5 years’ experience): $13.60/hour
    • Degree: $18.50/hour
