About the Team
  • The PTE-Insights and Enablement team is a critical component of the Platform Trust & Experience (PTE) organization, dedicated to ensuring the monetization safety of TikTok LIVE's platform. The team plays a pivotal role in risk analysis and mitigation across various markets, focusing on deepening market-level risk understanding and supporting policy iterations and launches. The efforts are instrumental in governance planning for new business initiatives, ensuring that the platform adheres to regulatory standards and maintains a high level of trust and user experience.
  • Provide systematic solutions to business requirements from a holistic view to support the TikTok LIVE monetization governance work
  • Lead business insights analysis through a combination of analytics and assessments, issue research, and other innovative methods, to make actionable recommendations for governance decisions
  • Lead issue and creator behaviour research to understand policy's impacts on TikTok users and LIVE ecosystem
  • Lead optimization areas detection in existing policies, products, or processes with a deep understanding of TikTok LIVE content and monetization business
  • Lead collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders at global level (Product, Engineers, Ops, DS, Legal, GR/PR etc.) to develop scalable solutions and long-term strategies, as well as work towards consensus across the organization.
Minimum Qualification
  • Master’s degree or above in Business Administration, Public Policy, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
  • 5+ years’ experience in a industry-leading technology company within the regional or global function, focusing on governance or policy enablement
  • 2+ years’ team management experience leading analytical or cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated experience working with global cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Operations, Data Science, Legal, and Policy) to drive alignment and execution on governance or trust & safety initiatives
  • Hands‑on experience in developing or optimizing moderation policies or workflows for content or monetization governance
  • Proven experience working in fast‑evolving business or product environments, with ability to manage multiple cross‑market projects or initiatives.
Preferred Qualification
  • Ability to leverage advanced analytics and data‑driven methodologies to assess policy impacts, identify risks, and generate actionable insights
  • Expertise in developing and implementing AI‑driven moderation solutions, with a focus on policy strategy and execution.
