Job summary

Logicalis Asia Pacific is seeking a Subject Matter Expert on IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) to drive policy alignment and controls across Singapore and Malaysia. You will partner with Legal, HR and IT to maintain ISO 27001/27701 compliance and support risk assessments.

You will document controls, prepare evidence for audits, deliver training on information security, and ensure consistent governance across entities.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) roles.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert on IT Governance, Risk Management and Compliance (GRC) and related policies and procedures.
• Assist in internal and external audits by providing required documentation and evidence of compliance.
• Develop and deliver training to ensure staff understand and complete information security-related training.
• Liaise with Legal, HR and IT across Singapore and Malaysia to ensure effective document control and compliance.

And you'll thrive in a culture built on inclusion, trust, and continuous improvement.Logicalis is proud to be a Great Place to Work Certified organisation across multiple APAC markets — because the commitment we bring to our clients belongs equally to our people.Join us and help shape the future of technology across APAC.ResponsibilitiesAct as a Subject Matter Expert on IT Governance, Risk Management and Compliance (GRC) and related policies and procedures.Support the review, maintenance and updating of documents to align with ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 requirements.Regularly review and manage all ISPMS documentation, including all policies, procedures, and controls, to reflect any changes in compliance standards or organisational processes.Work closely with various departments (e.g. Legal, HR) to gather necessary information and ensure consistency across all documentation.Assist in internal and external audits by providing required documentation and evidence of compliance.Liaise with various departments and stakeholders across Singapore and Malaysia to ensure effective document control and compliance.Support the ISO 27001 requirements for all entities and ensure that they are compliant with the control requirements.Support the uploading of required information to the GRC platform for all entities.Support the Group cybersecurity internal audit requirements for all entities.Develop and deliver training to ensure staff understand and complete the required information security-related training.The Individual and their Experience1 to 2 years of experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) roles.Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Data Management, Risk Management, or a related field.Relevant knowledge in ISO 27001, ISO 27701 and PDPA.Familiarity with risk management frameworks and vulnerability assessment tools.Strong understanding of governance frameworks, risk management principles, and compliance requirements.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.Interested applicants please submit your application with your expected salary and notice period to be considered for the role.
