Join our innovative team as an IT Project Manager, where you will play a crucial role in driving digital transformation initiatives. We are looking for a dynamic individual with a passion for leading projects and a deep understanding of Agile methodologies.

Strategic Planning & Coordination

• Craft compelling business cases outlining project goals, benefits, risks, and success metrics.
• Align project objectives with organizational goals — managing cost, duration, and quality.
• Drive effective execution through close collaboration with cross‑functional teams.

Procurement Management

• Lead procurement of digital solutions, ensuring timely and efficient implementation.
• Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to streamline procurement and optimize value.

Agile Project Management

• Apply the right project methodologies, with a strong emphasis on Agile best practices.
• Lead Agile ceremonies — sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

Risk Management

• Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks and dependencies.
• Develop mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity and organizational alignment.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and support.
• Communicate project milestones, challenges, and successes clearly across all levels.

Budget & Scope Oversight

• Support budgeting, risk reviews, and project scope definition.
• Track and manage project financials, timelines, and deliverables — adjusting where needed.

Job Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information/Infocomm Technology, Computer or Electronics Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience as a Project Manager.
• Strong presentation skills, both written and verbal, to positively influence key partners.
