Job Scope
  • Support the development and implementation of corporate and strategic initiatives aligned with the institution’s long‑term goals.
  • Conduct market research, environmental scans, and data analysis to identify healthcare trends, policy developments, and organizational opportunities.
  • Assist in strategic planning exercises, including goal setting, performance tracking, and progress reporting to senior management.
  • Develop business proposals, briefing papers, and presentation materials for management and key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and facilitate cross‑departmental projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with institutional priorities.
  • Support corporate performance management and review processes through data consolidation, KPI tracking, and dashboard reporting.
  • Participate in stakeholder engagement activities, including internal consultations and collaborations with external healthcare partners or government agencies.
  • Assist in change management and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
Requirements

Bachelor degree in any discipline
