Job Description:

Support the Sr Manager/Manager in the implementation of the hospital informatics strategic roadmap through the intelligent use of health informatics to facilitate the optimal delivery of patient care.

Challenges

• Support project activities for EMR systems enhancements including feasibility assessment, workflow optimisation and solution evaluation and implementation, including projects documentation for communications across the hospital
• Support the maintenance and operationalization of policies, guidelines and frameworks which governs the development and implementation of clinical and health systems supporting patient care like Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
• Work with department EMR system builders to understand build requirements
• Working in partnership with stakeholders, and other public healthcare institutions to address users’ business requirements

Requirements

• At least a tertiary degree from a recognized university. Preferably 2-3 years of relevant working experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office like Outlook, Excel, Word and Powerpoint a must.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good organizational and people management.
• Strong analytical skills to manage complex issues and with the ability to collect, organize, analyse and process information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to initiate, deliver and drive projects with independently.
• Ability to work effectively individually and as part of a collaborative team.
• Health informatics certification, and project management certification (PMP) a plus.
• Experience in healthcare policy writing and healthcare systems governance is a plus.
