Job description

Duration: 3 Months Temp to Perm PSA ( Extendable / convertible)

- Pay: $12/hr

Job Details:

- Working days: Any 5 days from Mon to Sat, Sunday and PH off

- Working hours: 42 hours per week; Staggered timing for Mon to Fri (0700-1630 / 0800-1730 / 0830-1800); Sat (0700 – 1600)

- Lunch break: min 45mins

• Handle bed and surgical booking calls, ensuring accuracy and adherence to hospital procedures.
• Maintain high service standards for scheduling and booking operations.
• Ensure calls are answered promptly.
• Disseminate hospital and departmental updates accurately.
• Manage and perform service recovery when necessary.
