Job summary

Job description
Responsibilities (Includes but not limited to):
  • Manage the day-to-day front desk operations, including opening and closing of the golf counter.
  • Register golfers and process bookings, tee-time reservations, and cancellations accurately.
  • Handle payments for golf, and other golf-related services.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
  • Verify and record golfers’ handicap details as required.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily play, bookings, and financial transactions.
  • Update social media platform on suspension and resumption of play during inclement weather
  • Provide administrative support and assist in event coordination when needed.
  • Ensure the reception area is neat, professional, and stocked with relevant materials (scorecards, registration forms, etc.).
  • Support other golf operations and perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
Entry Requirements:
  • Secondary and above with minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
  • Conversant in English and one other language
  • Service-oriented with good interpersonal skills
  • Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
