    • Execute various stone-setting styles, including prong, bezel, pave, and channel setting, with precision and care for valuable gemstones.
    • Create wax models and oversee the casting process (lost-wax casting) for both custom and production pieces.
    • Work with a range of precious metals, including gold (various karats), platinum, palladium, and sterling silver.
  2. Repair, Restoration, & Modification:
    • Expertly diagnose and perform repairs on jewelry, such as ring resizing, chain soldering, re-tipping worn prongs, and replacing clasps.
    • Restore antique and heirloom pieces, preserving their historical integrity while ensuring structural soundness.
    • Modify existing jewelry according to client specifications.
  3. Quality Control & Workshop Management:
    • Conduct rigorous final inspections of all pieces to ensure they meet the company's stringent standards for finish, structural integrity, and overall quality.
    • Maintain and calibrate all workshop tools and equipment (e.g., rolling mills, laser welders, ultrasonic cleaners).
    • Manage an organized and efficient workspace, adhering to strict inventory control protocols for precious metals and gemstones.
    • Ensure full compliance with all company security and safety procedures.
  4. Client Consultation & Collaboration:
    • Liaise directly with clients or sales consultants to discuss project requirements, provide expert advice on design feasibility, and agree on timelines.
    • Provide accurate cost and time estimates for custom and repair work.
    • Collaborate closely with the design team to troubleshoot and realize complex creative visions.
Qualifications and Experience
