Xweave is on a mission to revolutionize global money movement by pioneering a next‑generation payment service that breaks through the traditional barriers in the financial ecosystem. Our approach merges the existing payments infrastructure with digital assets by creating a global network of regulatory‑approved digital asset liquidity providers.

What is the role?

We are looking for a Go‑To‑Market Lead professional to drive Xweave’s commercial growth and execution. This is a hands‑on, business‑oriented GTM role where you'll manage client engagement, partner relationships, and go‑to‑market execution. You will ensure initiatives are executed effectively, identify opportunities to accelerate growth, and support product launches and revenue generation.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment, enjoys solving challenges across functions, and can combine strategic thinking with executional rigor.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage client and partner relationships, including commercial agreements and long‑term growth.
  • Execute go‑to‑market strategies, including launching new products and services.
  • Collaborate across product, engineering, and business teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
  • Monitor business performance and identify opportunities to improve processes and revenue streams.
  • Take initiative to fill gaps across the organization, supporting both strategic and operational priorities.
  • Drive customer success and growth by ensuring clients and partners are fully supported.
