Responsibilities

• Review and interpret charter party terms for optimal voyage plans.
• Coordinate voyage logistics and ensure operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with voyage orders and prioritize safety.
• Manage costs related to agent appointments and bunker deliveries.
• Maintain strong relationships with agency networks and stakeholders.
• Utilize IMOS for accurate data management and workflow.
• Integrate sustainable practices into voyage planning.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Liaise on insurance claims and vessel deviations.
