Responsibilities

Assist the Trade COE team across the lifecycle of new or existing transactions, from opportunity inception to first drawdown.
Conduct financial analysis of client statements to support internal credit ratings and pricing decisions.
Analyze receivables portfolios and cash conversion cycles to assess working capital needs.
Support in structuring Trade COE solutions to meet client needs and prepare commercial presentations.
Draft credit proposals and green light requests for new programs, where applicable.
Assist in drafting legal documentation such as receivables purchase agreements and related contracts.
Help with transaction management for existing programs, including funding requests and settlements.
