Job summary

Solventum is hiring a Trade Compliance Analyst to join our APAC Global Trade Compliance team. The role reports to the Director and covers origin determinations, customs valuation, export controls, and cross-border compliance across SG, KR, and other markets.

You'll work in a hybrid/remote setup with up to 10% travel, interact with internal stakeholders, and contribute to policy development, audits, and KPI reporting while ensuring adherence to regional and US export regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in International Affairs/Trade, International Business, Logistics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of global trade compliance experience in a multinational organization or law firm/consultancy.
• Strong knowledge of APAC country of origin and customs valuation rules.
• Experience with US export controls and regional regulations is a plus.
• SAP and GTS software experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Determine country of origin determinations for Solventum products and related ERP data.
• Respond to customs valuation inquiries and manage retroactive price adjustments.
• Handle export compliance tasks including license applications and ECCNs.
• Support government inquiries and disclosures as needed.
• Conduct trade compliance audits and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze import/export data to identify trends and savings opportunities.
• Support IT/ERP projects and deliver training in global trade compliance.
• Develop and maintain policies, standards and procedures for compliance.
• Establish KPIs and report performance to leadership.
