Qualifications

• Relevant experience in Internal Audit/External Audit or Internal Controls/SOX Compliance roles.
• Deep understanding of COSO framework and US GAAP.
• Ability to communicate complex control concepts effectively.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the Internal Control over Financial Reporting framework.
• Lead the annual materiality and scoping processes.
• Conduct independent testing and monitor compliance metrics.
