Responsibilities

• Responsible for asset transfers for all markets and serve as escalation point for the team.
• Process SG SBL and Trade affirmations.
• Handle scripless conversion requests and share transfers.
• Respond to queries from clients and stakeholders.
• Liaise with counterparties and custodians.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and documentation.
• Evaluate and streamline existing processes.
• Collate Proxy instructions for submission.
• Manage physical share certificates deposition.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
