Job summary
ABN AMRO Clearing Bank is seeking a Software Engineer for its Settlement and Custody software development team. You will establish vision and technical direction for major initiatives and build high-quality, architecturally sound systems for global use.

Qualifications
- Bachelor-level degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent.
- 5+ years of commercial software development experience in UNIX/Windows environments.
- Hands-on Java 17+ development and modern Java ecosystem experience.
- Experience with Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, and Maven.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain settlement and custody software components.
- Set technical vision for major initiatives and deliver architecturally sound systems.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum processes, contribute to sprint goals, and production deployments.
- Collaborate with engineers, business partners, and analysts to deliver business value.
