Qualifications

• 6+ years’ PQE as a solicitor in a global in-house role and/or leading law firm.
• Experience drafting and negotiating complex English law-based contracts.
• Strong track record in corporate matters like M&A and joint ventures.

Responsibilities

• Advise on corporate projects including joint ventures and mergers.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts.
