You will design cross‑functional solutions, oversee configurations, data migrations, tests, and upgrades, and partner with multiple functions to deliver scalable outcomes.

The role emphasizes incident resolution, performance monitoring, and continuous modernization of platforms leveraging emerging technologies and analytics.

Qualifications

• Over 7 years’ experience implementing SAP and non‑SAP solutions in Supply Chain and related areas.
• Hands‑on SAP MM functional and configuration experience, with knowledge of some non‑SAP Supply Chain applications.
• Technical and analytical skills to support troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis, and solution delivery.
• Familiarity with AI tools and their application in improving business processes and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary interface and trusted technology partner across Sales, Operations, Engineering, Service, Finance, and Manufacturing.
• Architect and design complex cross‑functional business processes and application solutions for global supply chain needs.
• Provide and oversee business application support services with SLAs and system stability focus.
• Lead budget planning, cost optimization, and vendor management within Supply Chain projects.
• Ensure governance, SDLC, change management, and SOX compliance activities.
