Job Summary:
My client is seeking an experienced and skilled Global SAP Key User to provide expert support for our Sales and Distribution, and Finance teams worldwide. As a key user, you will serve as the primary point of contact for SAP-related issues, providing training, guidance, and support to ensure seamless system usage and optimal business process execution. You will work closely with our global teams to identify and implement process improvements, ensure data integrity, and drive system adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert-level support for SAP Sales and Distribution, and Finance modules, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and system optimization.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for global stakeholders, providing training, guidance, and support to ensure effective system usage and business process execution.
- Maintain master data for Sales and Distribution, and Finance modules, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with global teams to review and optimize business processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain expertise in SAP Sales and Distribution, and Finance modules, staying up-to-date with the latest system releases, updates, and best practices.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the IT department, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to resolve system-related issues and implement new system functionality.
- Provide user training and day-to-day business support, ensuring that global stakeholders have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Document processes and create user guidelines, ensuring knowledge sharing and consistency across the organization.
- Test new system functionality participate in project teams for global rollouts, ensuring successful implementation and adoption.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as an SAP Key User or similar role, with a focus on Sales and Distribution, and Finance modules.
- Solid understanding of SAP Sales and Distribution, and Finance modules, including system configuration, customization, and optimization.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with global stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Solid analytical and technical skills, with experience in data analysis and process.
- Ability to develop and maintain solid relationships with global stakeholders, IT teams, and other key stakeholders.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA or other next-generation SAP systems.
- Certification in SAP Sales and Distribution, and Finance modules.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies.
- Experience with project management tools and techniques.
