Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a Regulatory & Quality Project Management professional to lead global regulatory programs within the GSR PMO. You will work with regional leads, particularly in Asia Pacific, and cross-functional stakeholders to plan, execute, and deliver regulatory priorities across markets.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• Minimum 7 years in a regulated industry with 3–5 years in project/program management.
• Experience leading global regulatory programs and cross-functional projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning, execution, monitoring and delivery of Global Strategic Regulatory and RAC initiatives.
• Support regional regulatory priorities and capability-building programs across global markets.
• Coordinate RAC projects to support regulatory intelligence, advocacy and capability development.
• Develop project charters, business cases, project plans, budgets and governance structures.
• Drive collaboration across divisions and regions to ensure effective execution and engagement.
• Manage cross-divisional projects involving Regulatory Affairs, Quality and Government Affairs.
• Monitor progress, budgets, milestones and risks with regular leadership reporting.
• Identify and manage risks, issues and resource constraints for timely outcomes.
• Develop PMO processes, governance frameworks and performance metrics.
