Job Summary

Are you ready to take your sales career to the next level on a global stage?

As a Happy Ambassador at Hotel101, you’ll be the face of our brand. You’ll present our HappyRoom condotel units to potential leads, highlight their unique investment value, and help expand our brand worldwide.

We’re looking for a hungry, determined self-starter who’s willing to go above and beyond to sell our innovative model and make a tangible impact on our global expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and qualify potential buyers through direct outreach, lead generation, networking, roadshows, referrals, and other channels.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their real estate and investment goals.
  • Present and promote the unique features, benefits, and investment strategies of Hotel101’s HappyRoom condotel model.
  • Stay informed on new and upcoming Hotel101 developments to share future investment opportunities with clients.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to both prospective and existing buyers, ensuring a seamless sales experience.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns, events, and initiatives that drive lead engagement.
  • Set and achieve individual sales targets, while actively contributing to overall team goals.
  • Oversee day-to-day sales activities, ensuring accurate documentation and timely support across all client interactions.
Qualifications
  • Experience in sales is preferred; however, motivated fresh graduates with the right attitude and eagerness to learn are encouraged to apply.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to build lasting client relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Background in real estate, property sales, or financial services is a plus.
