Job summary

Qualifications

• Professional degree from an accredited institution.
• Professional license required.
• 15+ years of experience in managing the delivery process of several projects.
• Strong project management and client leadership skills.
• Experience interfacing with clients, consultants, vendors, and project teams.
• Ability to coordinate, mentor, motivate, and provide feedback to teams.
• Able to manage multiple project priorities and meet deadlines.
• Highly effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Provides strategic leadership and direction for project activities and objectives.
• Manages overall project delivery, liaising with client and coordinating stakeholders.
• Oversees all project management activities, outputs, and outcomes.
• Leads risk management, budget control, and timely project phases.
• Oversees multiple projects from concept to completion across service lines.
• Integrates service lines in management and execution of projects.
• Leads project management solutions and guides teams through strategic decisions.
• Works with senior leaders to prepare for client presentations.
• Establishes QA/QC initiatives and ensures adherence to standards.
• Promotes learning and development to raise team capabilities.
• Monitors delivery and programs to meet business objectives.
• Collaborates on pitches, proposals, and office-wide initiatives.
• Mentors and motivates project team members; fosters collaboration.
