Job summary

ECADIN is seeking a Global Procurement – Sustainability Lead to embed ESG in procurement and subcontracting. You will lead sustainability initiatives, collaborate across internal teams and partners, and drive responsible sourcing and reporting.

The role includes developing ESG training, strengthening supplier relationships, and leveraging tools like SAP Ariba and EcoVadis to monitor performance. A senior background in ESG and procurement is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in procurement, sustainability, or ESG roles in corporate/multinational environments
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field; ESG/sustainable procurement certifications preferred
• Strong knowledge of ESG principles, sustainable procurement, and related regulations such as LKSG and CSDDD
• Experience developing ESG strategies, supplier engagement, risk assessment and due diligence

Responsibilities

• Integrate ESG requirements into procurement strategies and supplier processes
• Ensure compliance with ESG regulations; identify gaps and implement due-diligence and training
• Act as central ESG contact within Procurement and Subcontracting Management
• Drive ESG improvement initiatives balancing sustainability, efficiency, and cost
• Develop ESG training for procurement teams and suppliers
• Monitor and report ESG performance using SAP Ariba, EcoVadis; enable data-driven decisions
