Brew Crew Opportunity

Our Global Brew Crew is seeking a Global Procurement Manager. Your main responsibilities include leading indirect procurement initiatives and supporting global procurement counterparts that aid in the efficiency and effectiveness of the team. You are responsible for supporting collaboration between all internal and external stakeholders to provide solutions that support the business goals.

This position also provides centralized development and ongoing continuous improvement of standard procurement information, processes, KPIs, and reporting. The position will primarily focus on consolidating informational requirements that improve spend and supplier management. As well as enforcing standard operating procedures in execution of activities such as RFXs/tenders, supplier performance management, and contract management.

The Global Procurement Manager position will report directly to the Director, Global Strategic Sourcing.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Lead strategic sourcing and vendor management of key indirect business requirements and services to support Opex, Capex, Equipment, Marketing, Digital & Technology categories, ensuring supplier qualification, competitive sourcing, supply continuity, total cost optimization, and timely cross-functional execution to drive vendor service levels, performance, and drive company efficiency and profitability.
  • Lead strategic sourcing and supplier management for new and existing business requirements, ensuring supplier qualification, competitive bidding, total cost efficiency, and supply continuity.
  • Manage the full tender lifecycle from specification development to evaluation, negotiation, and award.
  • Oversee supplier performance through scorecards, reports, and relationship management to ensure adherence to service, quality, and compliance standards.
  • Support contract lifecycle management in coordination with internal stakeholders and suppliers, ensuring compliance with procurement policies and accreditation processes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Business Technology, Equipment, and Supply Chain teams to source, contract, and manage business-critical initiatives.
  • Develop category insights and market intelligence through reporting, dashboards, and data analysis to inform sourcing strategies and performance tracking.
  • Deliver cost savings and control total cost of ownership while supporting business growth and profitability.
  • Initiate and lead value-add projects that expand procurement’s influence, including initiatives that enhance operational efficiency or customer acquisition.
  • Drive process improvement and standardization of procurement tools, workflows, and analytics to maximize efficiency, transparency, and value creation.
  • Align procurement objectives and KPIs with internal stakeholders, promoting best-practice sharing and consistent communication across regions and functions.
Your Ingredients
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Predictive Supply Chain, Business Administration, Business Analytics, or related field of study required
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience
  • Experience in Equipment, marketing and business technology sourcing
  • Experience in retail/ FMCG/food & beverage industry a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Data visualization skills e.g. Power BI is a plus
  • Strong ability to organize data, perform independent analysis, and prepare management presentations in a fast paced, dynamic environment
