Your Impact

You will shape and deliver the strategic vision, governance, and operational performance of Procurement on a global scale. You will lead a high-performing team to drive collaboration across regions, champion sustainable and innovative sourcing, and uphold strong governance and compliance standards. You will oversee category strategy execution, financial and operational performance, and the development of global processes, systems, and capability frameworks. With a focus on continuous improvement and data‑driven decision‑making, you will play a pivotal role in elevating Procurement excellence and aligning it with Asahi’s broader strategic ambitions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Global Procurement’s purpose, vision, strategies, and governance to drive alignment and performance across regions.
• Provide strategic leadership and direction to global teams, fostering a high‑performance culture built on collaboration, and engagement.
• Champion operational excellence through best‑in‑class processes, systems, data management, and reporting frameworks.
• Ensure strong governance, compliance, and internal controls that protect company assets and uphold Asahi’s reputation.
• Drive sustainable procurement, innovation, and responsible sourcing practices that create long‑term value.
• Oversee category strategy execution, financial performance, and cost optimization to deliver measurable business impact.
• Represent Procurement in key committees and cross‑functional forums to influence strategic decision‑making.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement capabilities and benchmark against global best practices.

About you

• A university degree in Business or a related field, Master’s preferred
• Strong capability in procurement leadership within multinational environments.
