Responsibilities

• Run Workday reports for payroll changes and audits data accuracy.
• Validate overtime claims and highlight discrepancies.
• Coordinate with HR Shared Services and payroll for updates.
• Research and resolve payroll errors identified during processing.
• Verify data entry and calculations by payroll service providers.
• Prepare funding requests to Treasury.
• Validate monthly earnings reports from payroll vendors.
• Partner with Finance for accurate payroll reporting.
