The successful candidate will manage the contract lifecycle, handle procurement processes, and ensure budget tracking across projects in the APAC and North America regions. Ideal applicants will have 5–7 years of vendor management experience and strong project management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in vendor management, procurement or project/contract operations.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Detail-oriented, process-driven and able to work independently.
• Flexible to support teams across multiple time zones.
• Prior experience in the gaming or technology industry is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supplier onboarding and compliance checks.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle.
• Process purchase requests and orders.
• Review and approve supplier invoices.
