Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Passionate about solving environmental challenges and creating positive social impact through innovation.
• Experience in market research or business strategy is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with water filtration processes, systems, and technologies is a plus.
• Proficiency in AI research tools, MS Office and marketing tools (CRM, Google Analytics, AdWords).
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, creative, and comfortable in an international collaboration environment.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Market & Market Research: research market trends, competitor landscape, and customer needs to identify opportunities.
• Technology Trends Research: analyze emerging technologies and industry trends and translate insights into practical applications.
• Innovation Solution Development: collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop customer-centric solutions in filtration and related fields.
• Marketing & Communication: assist with content creation, social media management, email campaigns, and digital advertising.
• Project & Business Support: support customer interviews, data collection, and strategic discussions to validate opportunities.
• Project Management: take lead on innovation projects with team support.
• Event & Material Preparation: help create promotional materials and organize marketing events.
