Job summary

IMC Group in Singapore is seeking a Senior Associate / Assistant Manager in Singapore Individual Tax & Global Mobility to manage end-to-end compliance and advisory for globally mobile employees. The role is full-time and on-site, focusing on preparing and reviewing individual tax returns, coordinating assignments, and aligning with payroll inputs.

You will advise on mobility policies, maintain accurate records, liaise with tax authorities, and drive process improvements across tax and mobility

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Singapore individual tax and global mobility.
• Experience with payroll-related reporting and systems.
• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation; CA/CPA/CTA is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Singapore individual tax compliance and advisory matters.
• Coordinate tax equalization and assignment-related calculations.
• Support payroll teams with tax-related inputs.
• Advise on global mobility policies and related processes.
• Handle correspondence with tax authorities and maintain records.
• Contribute to process improvement and quality control within tax and global mobility.
