Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Singapore. We are seeking a highly strategic and data-driven Global Marketing Manager to lead the growth of our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) brand across Singapore, Thailand, and Global markets. This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader who can scale three core products in Singapore, build a high‑performing marketing team, and elevate our brand presence worldwide.
You will oversee everything from brand and performance marketing to packaging revamps, creative strategy and marketing initiatives for our sustainability campaign Project 2x2 - driving both short‑term growth and long‑term brand equity.
Key Responsibilities
Market & Growth Leadership
- Develop and execute growth strategies for three core DTC products across Singapore, Thailand, and Global markets.
- Analyze performance data and market insights to identify opportunities for scaling customer acquisition and retention.
- Should use data to make important decisions. Data driven mindset is crucial as we embark on next phase of growth
- Own key growth metrics such as CAC, ROAS, LTV, and conversion rates.
Brand Management
- Lead brand strategy and positioning to strengthen brand equity and global consistency.
- Oversee packaging redesign and visual identity to align with brand evolution and consumer preferences.
- Ensure all touch points - digital, physical, and experiential - deliver a cohesive brand experience.
- Hire, mentor, and structure a high‑performing marketing team covering digital, content, design, and analytics functions.
- Set up marketing team across markets
- Foster a data‑driven and creative culture focused on results, innovation, and continuous learning.
Performance Marketing
- Lead and optimize digital acquisition channels (paid social, search, programmatic, influencer, affiliate, and CRM).
- Partner with analytics teams to track and report performance against KPIs.
- Test, learn, and scale campaigns based on data insights to maximize ROI and growth efficiency.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of marketing experience, including leadership roles in Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) brands.
- Contact lens experience is a bonus
- Proven experience managing regional and global markets, especially Singapore and Southeast Asia.
- Strong analytical mindset - highly comfortable working with data, metrics, and performance dashboards.
- Experience leading or collaborating on brand development, packaging revamps, and creative execution.
- Strong, communication, and project management skills.
- Strategic thinker who can move seamlessly between high‑level vision and hands‑on execution.
