Job summary

You will support email marketing, social media, community content, CRM (HubSpot), reporting, and campaign execution, gaining hands-on experience across events, conferences, and pipeline growth with a global team.

The role is ideal for undergraduates studying Marketing or related fields who want practical experience in digital marketing, events, community writing, and marketing analytics.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Marketing or related field.
• Strong written and verbal English skills.
• Detail-oriented with good organisation and deadline discipline.
• Willing to receive feedback and iterate quickly.
• Interest in events, community building, and marketing analytics.
• Experience with MS Office and Canva is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating event promotion emails (drafting, formatting, QA).
• Segment target audiences for each event/campaign and support pipeline research.
• Support marketing operations using HubSpot and assist in reports/dashboards.
• Contribute content for the community forum to drive engagement.
• Help maintain landing pages and marketing materials for conferences.
• Assist with various marketing campaigns and ad-hoc tasks as needed.
