Job description
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and expand strategic banking and payment channel relationships across multiple regions to support OSL Pay’s global growth.
  • Identify, open, and manage new card channels and payment partnerships (card organizations, insurers, third-party providers) to strengthen the company’s product offering.
  • Negotiate and execute partnership agreements, ensuring commercial, regulatory, and operational alignment.
  • Assess new market opportunities with an understanding of jurisdictional differences, licensing requirements, and regulatory policy frameworks.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, compliance, legal, and business teams to integrate and optimize payment and card channels.
  • Monitor partner performance, identify risks, and implement strategies to maximize value and mitigate issues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 7–10 years of experience in fintech, payments, transactional banking or financial services, with proven success managing banking and payment channel partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of payment systems, card acquiring/issuing, and channel development.
  • Knowledge of regional regulations, licensing, AML and compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands‑on approach to execution.
  • Team player with strong team management skills.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English is a must, to ensure effective communication with both external partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Crypto or digital asset industry experience a strong plus.
