Job summary

You will be responsible for managing purchase orders, mitigating procurement risks, and leading supplier negotiations. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Supply Chain or a related field, along with at least 7 years of relevant experience. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for managing multiple projects and engaging with suppliers across various regions.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years' procurement or supply chain experience; EPC background is a plus.
• Independent, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchase orders with accuracy and compliance.
• Identify and mitigate procurement risks.
• Lead supplier and vendor negotiations to secure favourable terms.
• Work with stakeholders to define procurement, quality, and delivery needs.
• Drive on-time delivery and manage milestone certifications for payment.
• Support manager-assigned tasks.
• Engage with suppliers across China, Singapore, and Europe.
