Job Summary:

Caesar Shipping Services is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Global Marine Logistics Operation Executive to support daily operations related to the delivery of ship spares and marine cargo. The ideal candidate will manage documentation, coordinate with vendors and freight partners, and ensure timely, compliant, and cost-effective execution of logistics activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily logistics operations for marine spares and supplies

  • Arrange transportation (air, sea, courier) and monitor cargo movements

  • Prepare and manage shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, AWB, BL, etc.)

  • Liaise with freight forwarders, customs agents, port authorities, and warehouse teams

  • Track shipments and update internal teams and clients on delivery status

  • Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and internal SOPs

  • Maintain accurate records of shipments and logistics activities

  • Support urgent deliveries and assist in resolving shipment issues or delays

  • Provide operational reports to the Logistics Manager

Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Maritime Studies, or related field

  • 2–4 years of experience in marine or freight forwarding logistics

  • Good knowledge of shipping documentation and INCOTERMS

  • Proficient in MS Office and logistics software (e.g., SAP, AMOS, or equivalent)

  • Strong communication and coordination skills

  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure, especially during vessel calls

  • Flexible with working hours, including weekends or holidays if needed

Preferred:
  • Familiarity with ship spare logistics or bonded warehouse procedures

  • Experience handling IMDG cargo and customs clearance

  • Experience with MES, Bonded custom clearance
