Job summary

A logistics and supply chain firm in Singapore is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to manage local and global export orders. Responsibilities include coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring compliance with documentation, and managing logistics services. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management, has 3 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing, and possesses strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics Navision and experience with Dangerous Goods documentation are preferred.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Well-versed in shipping documentation processes, especially Dangerous Goods (DG).
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate orders with Sales, Customers, and Production globally.
  • Ensure compliance with Export Letters of Credit and Pro-forma Invoices.
  • Book freight with logistics providers and arrange transportation.
  • Ensure timely dispatch of shipments.
  • Prepare shipping documents accurately and timely.
