Global Learning Support Executive - Supporting Client Programmes
ODE is involved in providing consulting services and learning programmes for our clients to support their business growth and people development needs. We are looking for an energised and pro-active individual to join our team as a Global Learning Support Executive.
The primary role is to ensure the smooth coordination and running of our learning programmes including scheduling, logistics and training administration. There is also the opportunity of being involved in supporting our consulting projects as well. You will be responsible for supporting key learning operations activities. You will have an opportunity to work with professionals from diverse backgrounds, collaborate with colleagues and clients who are geographically dispersed and project manage key events and initiatives.
Role and Responsibilities
- Interact with and support consultants, trainers and speakers to coordinate preparation and requirements for Consulting projects, Training programs and seminars (Presentation slides, Manuals, Handouts, Room set-up and other administrative/ logistic details including lap top set up where needed for face to face programs)
- Review and Check quality courseware and materials using MS Powerpoint /Word
- Liaise with Clients on programme matters.
- Disseminate and Consolidate workshop pre-work ( surveys, pre-reading, profiling instruments etc) to participants, feedback and evaluation reports
- Analysis of data (from pre-work or surveys) for client reports
- Assist in the collation and coordination of training materials, Case studies and Assessment Tools with the consultants.
- Manage (as Course Producer) and oversee/brief Freelance Course Producers for the smooth running of virtual courses conducted over Zoom or other video conference platforms.
- Use collaborative tools to assist consultants during virtual sessions
- Create Surveys where needed using Survey Monkey
- Document and Scribe outcomes of workshops where necessary
- Use the company's Learning Management System to enrol and track participants and programmes
Qualifications
· A Diploma/University Degree ( ACLP Qualifications will be an advantage)
Knowledge
- MS Office Suite of Application
- Familiarity with Competency Skills Framework and key principles in adult learning, instructional design and classroom learning delivery preferred and will be an advantage.
- Collaborative On-line tools such as Miro, Mentimeter, Slido
Skills and Attributes
- Basic organization and planning skills
- Training administration experience is an advantage

- Some interest in creating videos using Movie Maker
